# Contact

How to reach the people who make Rness: email, GitHub Discussions, issues, and where to report a security problem.

Write to [hello@rness.dev](mailto:hello@rness.dev) for anything about Rness: a question, a use case, a partnership, a talk. English or French both work.

## Questions and ideas

[GitHub Discussions](https://github.com/rness-dev/rness/discussions) is where questions are answered in public, so the next person finds the answer. Ideas and feedback on the product go there too.

## Bugs

A bug in the command goes to [GitHub Issues](https://github.com/rness-dev/rness/issues), with the version (`rness --version`), the Node.js version and the steps that reproduce it.

## Security

Do not open a public issue, pull request or discussion for a security problem. Report it privately with [GitHub's advisory form](https://github.com/rness-dev/rness/security/advisories/new), for any Rness product, the npm packages included. The [security policy](https://github.com/rness-dev/.github/blob/main/SECURITY.md) says what a useful report contains and what happens next.

## Elsewhere

Rness is on [X](https://x.com/RnessDev) and [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/company/rness-dev). It is made in Paris, France; [about Rness](/about) says by whom.
